Purely Natural by Anastasia opened in Stratford in 2005. Two decades on, the salon is award-winning and known for one thing above all: Afro and textured hair, done properly.
The Academy grew out of a question we kept hearing from other stylists: where did you learn to do that? Textured hair has been an afterthought in mainstream training for decades, and too many good stylists were left to work it out alone. We decided to teach it properly instead.
Training runs on Mondays and Tuesdays, when the salon closes to clients and the floor becomes a classroom. Same chairs, same tools, same standards.
Small groups mean you are taught directly by working stylists, not watched from the back of a room.
