What this course is
This module teaches you to use open and closed questioning techniques to gather all the information needed before any service — identifying client goals, lifestyle factors and full hair history — and to use those findings to agree a service plan with the client’s full informed consent.
You will cover the complete consultation process from the initial greeting through to completing the client record card, obtaining consent and providing aftercare advice. GDPR compliance and secure client record keeping are covered throughout, as required under the National Occupational Standards.
