A place is confirmed once payment has been received and you have had a booking confirmation by email. Places are limited and are allocated in the order they are paid for. If a course is full you can join the waiting list and we will contact you by email if a place becomes available.
Course fees are shown on each course page and are payable in full at the time of booking, unless an instalment option is offered for that course. Fees include models, products, materials and lunch on each training day unless stated otherwise. Fees do not include travel or accommodation.
You may move to another available date free of charge up to 14 days before your course begins. Inside 14 days we will try to accommodate a change, but we cannot guarantee it and the place may not be refundable. Date changes are subject to availability on the course you wish to move to.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, although you may transfer your place to another person. If we cancel a course for any reason we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Salon owners and employers may book places for multiple staff. Where we invoice a business directly, payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice and the place is confirmed on receipt of payment. The employer is responsible for the fee regardless of whether the named attendee attends.
Training takes place in a working salon on Mondays and Tuesdays. We ask that you arrive on time, bring the equipment listed on your course page, and treat models, tutors and other students with respect. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave for behaviour that puts others at risk, without refund.
We may make reasonable changes to course content, tutors or timings where necessary. Any change will keep the learning outcomes described on the course page. Course materials provided to you are for your own use and may not be copied, shared or resold.
We take reasonable care to run training safely. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the salon, or for indirect losses such as lost earnings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to you. If you have any questions, contact us before you book.
